1. Who can use Twerx
You must be at least 18 years old (and meet the minimum age of any venue you visit, which may be 21) to create an account or use Twerx. By using Twerx you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing information about adult entertainment venues is legal where you are.
2. What Twerx is
Twerx is a directory of adult entertainment venues. We list information such as location, hours, cover charges and amenities, and let members post ratings and reviews. We are not affiliated with any venue unless we say so, and we don't sell admission, services or reservations.
3. Accuracy
Venue information can change without notice. We try to keep it current but don't guarantee it's accurate or complete. Always confirm details with the venue.
4. Your account
You sign in with a phone number and a one-time code. Keep access to your phone secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Account screen.
5. Reviews and content you post
- Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience.
- No explicit sexual content, nudity, personal information about performers or staff, harassment, hate speech, or anything illegal.
- No reviews of a venue you own, work for, or compete with, and no paid reviews.
You keep ownership of what you post and give Twerx a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it in the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Members can report reviews; reported reviews may be hidden while we look into them.
6. Venues and owners
Venue owners can ask us to correct or update their listing by emailing clubs@twerx.app.
7. Text messages
We text you a one-time code to sign in. If you opt in, we may also send account alerts or offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Twerx is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Twerx is not liable for your visit to any venue, for venue conduct, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are material we'll let you know in the app, and continued use means you accept them.
